Project Tango

Google's Project Tango is a project to make our mobile phones know their exact location. Means with the success of this project mobile phones with the technology will be able to know their own location & guide you through their knowledge. So, it can guide you through indoor places like shopping malls, auditoriums & every indoor places you can think of like our eyes do, but with information. For example, where you'll get clothes, foods or something else in a shopping mall. So, it's a awesome technology.


It'll work on basis of three things. Motion Tracking, Depth Perception & Area Learning. It'll work like mouse on your mouse pad just here the mouse pad will be the 3D world.


Lenovo is working on such a device. The device will sport a 6.4 inch display, lot of sensors including three cameras to define it's 3D position, a fingerprint sensor on the back &...  Oops! Don't know. It's going secretly. So, for now let's wait.
