Display: 5.5 inch with 1080 X 1920 resolution & 401 ppi with Corning Gorilla Glass 4. It's a Super AMOLED Panel.
Processor: Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 (MSM8996), octa-core with clock speed of 2.15 GHz.
RAM: 6 GB.
Memory: 64 GB internal & not expandable.
Battery: 3000 mAh with DASH Charging (60% in 30 min).
Camera: 16 MP rear with dual LED flash, phase detection auto-focus & OIS & 8 MP front camera.

A full metal uni-body design at just 0.29 inch thickness always catches the eye, though there is a camera bump (Hate that!). As it's a Full HD Super AMOLED panel colour is rich & vibrant but not crisp as a 4K Super AMOLED display. No argument about the processor, it's the best that you can get now in the world. 6 GB RAM (Oh! that's the best part.). This RAM makes the phone super-fast & smooth as the competitors come with 4 GB of RAM. Does not support the memory card. Battery is decent but the best part is DASH Charging (60% in 30 min), pretty good! For the camera it's good but not in the range of flagships, though as for it's price it's great. Speaker in the bottom is OK. Biggest part is the Oxygen OS, which is feature rich OS in a wear of Stock Android (it's one of the best OSs in the world). Yes, there is a finger-print sensor aligned with the home button & it's one of the fastest finger-print sensors in the world.

So, OnePlus worked on update aside of upgrade in OnePlus 3. No innovative thinking as it going in the technology industry. But that's still a reliable phone that you can buy at the price. The tag-line 'Flagship Killer' doesn't suits fully but mostly (at least for the performance out of the box).
