Nokia 6
After a long time, Nokia is back. HMD is doing the job to manufacture NOKIA branded phones. It's with the Android this time. As you know Nokia has a great brand name once. But with time the name gone, now it's back again. Let's see if Nokia gets their king place again.
The phone that has been launched in China is Nokia 6. The specifications as follows:
Display: 5.5 inch Full HD display with 1080×1920 resolution & ~401 ppi.
Processor: Qualcomm Snapdragon 430.
RAM: 4 GB.
Memory: 64 GB internal.
Camera: 16 MP rear camera & 8 MP front camera.
Battery: 3000 mAh.
Price: £206.77 (~₹16999)
Let's get through some details.
Design: It's made of plastic, but the build quality is premium. It sports a 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass protected display which looks great. The back side isn't well attractive but ofcourse good. The fingerprint scanner is in front.
Performance: With the Snapdragon 430 & 4 GB RAM, the phone will perform quite well. But you can get a more powerful processor (Yes, Sanpdragon 430 is a good one) in that price bracket. But for day to day use, it will be quite great. And specifications doesn't tell all about a phone.
Camera: The cameras seems to be good enough. As no review unit has been launched, nothing can be strongly said. But as far as we know Nokia, cameras will be good.
Battery: 3000 mAh is good for a that like phone, yes, 1 day battery for moderate use.
For special specifications it supports DOLBY ATMOS (WOW! Why I told that because I am a music lover).
Already 250000 orders has been registered in JD.com in China for the Nokia 6 in just 24 h.
Time for conclusion. The phone looks good enough to compete with it's rivals, the Samsung & Moto. But against the Chinese companies it's hard to say. But as I told before, specification is not all, it's depends on the user interface always, how does it feels while using the phone? That's the fact which should decide a phone to buy or not.
Yes, you can buy one for you after 5th April when the phone will launch in India.
